Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Application of These Terms
Article 1
The accommodation terms and related contracts concluded by this hotel shall be governed by the provisions of these terms. Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by laws or customs.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may agree to special terms within the scope not in conflict with the purpose of these terms, laws, or customs.
Refusal of Accommodation
Article 2
The hotel may refuse to accept accommodation under the following circumstances:
When the accommodation application is not made according to these terms.When there are no available rooms due to full occupancy.When it is deemed that the person intending to stay may engage in actions that violate laws, public order, or good morals in relation to the stay.When the person intending to stay is clearly diagnosed with an infectious disease.When special burdens are required in relation to the accommodation.When the accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons related to the hotel’s facilities.When the person intending to stay is severely intoxicated or likely to cause disturbances to other guests or engage in conduct that severely disrupts other guests.
Disclosure of Name and Other Information
Article 3
When the hotel accepts a reservation (hereinafter referred to as "Accommodation Reservation Application") before the accommodation date, it may request the applicant to disclose the following information within a specified deadline:
The name, gender, nationality, and occupation of the guest.Other matters the hotel deems necessary.
Reservation Deposit
Article 4
When the hotel accepts a reservation application, it may require a deposit up to the amount of the accommodation fee for the specified stay period within a set deadline.
If the deposit is subject to the cancellation fee provisions of the following article, it will be applied to the cancellation fee, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellation of Reservation
Article 5
When the accommodation reservation application is fully or partially canceled, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation fee schedule. However, for group reservations (15 or more people), if part of the reservation is canceled, a 10% reduction will apply for the number of cancellations up to 10 days before the accommodation date (or the date the hotel accepted the reservation after that date).
If the guest fails to show up by 8:00 PM on the day of the accommodation (or by the time two hours after the specified arrival time), the hotel may treat the reservation as canceled by the applicant.
If the failure to arrive was due to reasons beyond the guest’s control, such as delays or cancellations by public transportation, no cancellation fee will be charged if the guest can provide proof.

Article 6
The hotel may cancel the reservation under the following circumstances:
If any of the conditions in Article 2, Paragraphs 3 to 7 are met.
If the applicant fails to provide the requested information by the deadline, as stated in Article 3, Paragraph 1.
If the applicant fails to pay the deposit by the specified deadline, as stated in Article 4, Paragraph 1.
If the hotel cancels the reservation in accordance with the above, any previously received deposit will be refunded.
Registration upon Arrival
Article 7
Upon arrival on the accommodation date, the guest must register the following information at the hotel’s front desk:
The details requested in Article 3, Paragraph 1.For foreign guests, passport number, landing port in Japan, and the date of entry.Departure date and time.Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel.
Business Hours
Article 8
The operating hours of the hotel's facilities are as outlined in the attached document (please refer to the in-room service directory).
Payment of Charges
Article 9
Payment for accommodation must be made at the front desk by currency, traveler's checks, or coupon vouchers recognized by the hotel at the time of check-in. Personal checks are not accepted.
Even if the guest chooses not to stay after occupying the room, the accommodation fee will still be charged.
Compliance with Hotel Rules
Article 10
Guests must comply with the hotel’s rules posted on the premises.
Refusal of Continued Stay
Article 11
The hotel may refuse to allow continued stay under the following conditions during the reserved period:
If the guest falls under any of the conditions in Article 2, Paragraphs 3 to 7.If the guest does not comply with the hotel’s rules as stated in the previous article.
Hotel’s Responsibility
Article 12
The hotel’s responsibility for accommodation begins when the guest registers at the front desk or enters the room, whichever comes first, and ends when the guest vacates the room.
If the hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to reasons attributable to the hotel (excluding cases of natural disasters or other difficult circumstances), the hotel will arrange alternative accommodation with the same or similar conditions, and no accommodation fee will be charged for the day the room could not be provided.
Cancellation Fees
If canceled 3 days before the accommodation date: 20% of the first day's accommodation fee per guest.
If canceled 2 days before the accommodation date: 30% of the first day's accommodation fee per guest.
If canceled the day before the accommodation date: 80% of the first day's accommodation fee per guest.
If canceled on the day of the accommodation: 100% of the first day's accommodation fee per guest.
If the guest does not show up by 9:00 PM (or by the time two hours after the specified arrival time), the hotel may treat the reservation as canceled by the applicant.
If the guest can prove that the failure to arrive was due to reasons beyond their control, such as delays or cancellations by public transportation, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Governing Language
Article 13
These terms are written in both Japanese and English. In case of discrepancies or differences between the two versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
